Meetch ticketing insurance is designed to protect yourself against certain events that may prevent you (or your loved ones) from attending the match booked, due to personal, professional or other unforeseen reasons.
Refund will be made in accordance with contractual terms and conditions and depending on the option you choose.
If you can provide the supporting document to justify your inability to attend, the refund will be 100% of the value of your ticket. If you cannot provide any supporting document to justify your inability to attend, the refund will be 75% of the value of your ticket.
Ticketing insurance is provided as an option (additional product) during your ticket / season ticket buying journey on our ticketing website. Simply add it to your cart and your eligible ticket / season ticket will be insured as soon as your order has been paid.

To obtain indemnification for his/her Loss, the Subscriber must provide the following supporting documents:
