General Public Ticketing
You have the possibility to buy match tickets on the online ticketing service, in the physical ticket office on match days (from 2 hours before kick-off until half-time of the match) and at the official club shop on Place Masséna (from D-3 before the game).
If you are part of a group (Social and Economic Committees, amateur football clubs, students, etc.), tickets can be purchased from your dedicated OGC Nice sales representative or by sending us a request via our contact form.
Tickets can be booked using the following payment methods: credit card and cash (the latter only at physical sales points).
The ticket sales can start several weeks or months before a match, to stay informed of the opening of sales, do not hesitate to subscribe to the ticketing alerts.
To use your credit note when purchasing tickets, simply select the "Credit Note" payment method before proceeding to payment. If you tick this box, the amount of your voucher will be deducted from the total amount to be paid.

The tacit renewal included in your 21/22 subscription, allows you to extend your subscription for the next season without you having to do anything. If you have not taken any action before 30 April 2022, then your subscription has automatically been extended for the 22/23 season.
The tacit renewal, included in your 21/22 subscription, allows you to renew your subscription for the same length of time as your previous subscription, at the same place, for the 22/23 season.
Before 30 April 2022, you could cancel the tacit renewal of your season ticket for the 22/23 season.
By paying the deposit of 19,90€ (deducted from your future season ticket), you have pre-committed yourself for your season ticket for the 22/23 season. You should therefore have received a communication concerning the terms of your season ticket, to enable you to choose your seat for the 22/23 season and thus finalise your reservation and the full payment (with deduction of the deposit already paid) of your season ticket.
If you have lost your season ticket, please send an e-mail to the ticketing service indicating the theft and/or loss of your season ticket via our contact form.
You can buy additional tickets on the online ticketing service at a special season ticket holder rate. To do so, simply log in to your season ticket account and click on the offer dedicated to " Season ticket holders 22/23 ".
You can also take advantage of your season ticket holder rate at the main ticket office at the Allianz Riviera on match days (this special rate will be applied on presentation of your season ticket card for the current season).
Yes, you can lend your season ticket to a friend or family member for the duration of a match, in particular by e-ticket via your personal space in the "My tickets" tab.
Yes, you must provide the new bank details to be used by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your subscriber number, your name and your first name.
No, once you have booked your seat for the season, you will not be able to change it.
In order to benefit from all your season ticket advantages, it is important that each of your season tickets is linked to an individual ticketing account. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service to provide us with the new accounts to which your subscriptions are linked.

Access to the lounges and boxes is possible from 1h30 before the match. During gala matches, the opening is brought forward to H-2.
The P0 car park, which is linked to these lounges and is only accessible with an access ticket, opens 15 minutes before the lounges.

The Mèfi Club is a programme aimed at young supporters of OGC Nice. In particular, if you are a member of the Mèfi Club who have season tickets at the Allianz Riviera, it allows you to be part of the Kop which takes place in the heart of the 1st ring of the Garibaldi Stand and which brings together, at each match. Being a member of the Mèfi Club also means having access to numerous advantages specially dedicated to it, all season long!

Accessibility & Matchday
Various means of transport are available to get to the Allianz Riviera on match nights.
We strongly advise the use of public transport. However, if your place of departure does not allow it, we invite you to go to one of our car parks. A shuttle bus will drop you off at the stadium in a few minutes!

To collect your invitation, two ticket offices are available depending on your category of seat:
- The "invitation" counter, which is located on the forecourt at gate L, allows you to pick up tickets for people with disabilities, tickets for entitled persons (players, OGC Nice licence holders, seats for the opposing team), as well as tickets for local authorities offered by the Alpes-Maritimes Department.
- For VIP invitations, the ticket office is located on the forecourt at the level of gate J, it will allow you to collect your invitation in connection with the VIP lounges. Please contact the sales department to check the availability of your tickets.
The doors of the Allianz Riviera open 1h30 before the match. During matches with large crowds, the opening is brought forward to H-2.
The stadium is not only the scene of sporting feats, it is also a great place to live. As soon as you arrive on the forecourt, entertainment for all ages will be waiting for you to have a good time. Music, games and catering will also be on offer, to give you a unique experience.
You will also have the possibility to visit the official club shop before entering the stadium. It is located at the South access and is open every match day, 3 hours before kick-off.

Located at the 3 staircases (South, West and North), lockers are available free of charge. As soon as the forecourt opens, it will be possible to deposit items that are prohibited within the stadium.

The visitor's car park is located in the North-East of the stadium, gate C.

If you lose an object on match day, please contact the nearest security team leader (the stewards will be able to tell you). The information will then be centralised and passed on to a manager as soon as possible.
If you notice a loss after the match, you should send an e-mail to email@example.com. Messages will be processed within 24-48 hours maximum. If your item is found, you can then come and collect it at the stadium, on weekdays, from 9am to 5pm. Please note that no visit will be authorised without prior e-mail contact.
Yes, Men's and Women's toilets are available in all areas of the stadium.
Yes, an emergency service is present at the stadium throughout the event.
If an intervention is required, please refer to the nearest security officer. The emergency services will then be informed and taken care of as soon as possible.
Area dedicated to People with Disabilities/People with Reduced Mobility
People with a disability card of 80% or more are entitled to a free seat in the stand. Seats are available at the L box office on match nights from 2 hours before kick-off, on presentation of the disability card.
Please note: for gala matches, tickets must be booked in advance by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to provide photo scans of your front and back disability card and specify if you are in a wheelchair. Tickets will be sent by return of email in e-ticket format. No tickets will be issued at the stadium on gala match nights.
We remind you that "priority" cards do not entitle you to a seat in the stadium.

The sales of away tickets is subject to travel restrictions announced by the relevant authorities. The club will communicate on the procedure to be followed for an away ticket booking as soon as the information is communicated by these same authorities.
