In case of match “behind closed doors”, the flex cancellation service cannot be used.
The Flex Cancellation Service is proposed to you during your ticket(s)/subscription(s) buying journey on our ticketing website. Simply add it to your cart and your eligible ticket(s)/subscription(s) will be covered as soon as your order has been paid for.
